Who you're buying from

Orders on this site are sold by Ondi Hair, operated by Permit Pro LLC, 200 S 21st St Ste 400a, Lincoln, NE 68510, United States. Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify.

Prices and promotions

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. The total you approve at checkout is the amount charged. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order ships, and will contact you first.

Order review and verification

To protect customers from card fraud, every order is reviewed before it is released for fulfillment. We may contact you to verify an order, and we may hold or cancel an order we can't verify. If we cancel, you're refunded in full.

Fulfillment and delivery

Toppers are fulfilled by our hair partner and shipped with tracking to the address you enter at checkout. Please check that address carefully; we can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped. Delivery estimates are given on our Shipping Policy page. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier trace.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is part of these terms. We offer 30-day returns on unopened, factory-sealed pieces. For hygiene reasons, pieces removed from their factory-sealed protective sleeve or worn are final sale. Defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items are always covered.

Product information

We describe each topper using our supplier's specifications (base construction, size, density, hair type). Photos show the shade named on the photo; a few images are illustrations and are labeled as such. Natural hair can vary slightly in tone between batches and lighting.

If something goes wrong

Please contact us at support@ondihair.com before anything else — we answer within one business day and will work to fix the problem. This doesn't affect your right to contact your card issuer.
