Free 2-Day US shipping

Free 2-Day US shipping is included with every available topper. Each order is fulfilled by our hair partner, Newtimes Hair, from its US warehouse, and ships with tracking.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are reviewed and then processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) and ship from our fulfillment partner's US warehouse by FedEx 2-Day. Total delivery time is typically 3–4 business days from your order. Shipping is free on every order.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or internationally.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, or it arrives damaged, email support@ondihair.com within 7 days of delivery so we can open a carrier trace or replace a damaged item.
